1. Switch off your Android Phone.
2. Press and hold together
3. Volume Up + Power Button                   
4. Release the buttons when you see an Android icon on your mobile screen Press the Power Button to see Recovery Menu.
5. After Splash Screen a set of options will appear.
6. In order to choose “wipe data/factory reset” Plz Follow instruction on your mobile Screen to navigate and to confirm
